How to Request Public Records

Chelan County Fire District 5 will acknowledge a request for public records within five (5) business days of receiving the request.

• Print Public Records Request PDF form and mail to: PO Box D Manson WA 98831
• Email Public Records Request form to: arnoldb@mansonfire.org
• Hand deliver to Manson Fire Station 250 Manson Blvd. Manson WA.

How Manson Fire Department Responds to Requests

• Manson Fire Department will acknowledge the receipt of the request and provide a reasonable estimate of time to respond to and or complete the request
• Request clarification of the record request
• Deny the request and provide a written statement of the specific reasons for denying the request
• Provide the Record
